This was our first home and initiated our passion for property. We brought this 3 bedroom terraced house in 2019. This was an extremely dated property in a prime location. It required complete modernisation throughout as well a rewire and plumbing work. We completely renovated the property to create a modern, clean cut, open plan style living. We added square footage by converting the existing balcony into a double bedroom. We were able to increase the bedroom sizes and add an en suite by reconfiguring the family bathroom. We sold the house as a 4 double bedroom family home. We increased the value of this property by a huge £210k! We were able to make all of our initial investment back and create over £150k in profit.
1 bed to 2 bed flat conversion
This was another Surrey project. Brought at below market value this flat needed a refurb. We were able to reconfigure the property by converting the kitchen into a bedroom and creating an open plan kitchen/lounge area. We created an £80k uplift and increased the rent by £600 per month! We refinanced this pulling out all of our investor's money and profit and most of our own money. This property is now in our portfolio running as a buy to let and has made a family a happy home.
